Plant Description

A unique variety with dark green leaves and a fruity-mint flavour and scent. Produces spikes of light purple flowers in summer.

Cultivation

Plant in full sun to part shade in average, well drained soil. Grows 18″-24″ in height and flowers from mid summer to fall. As with all mint this plant can be very invasive.

How to Harvest

Pinch leaves as needed. Frequent harvesting of leaves will keep the plant bushy and productive.

Uses

Great addition to tea, cold drinks, jellies and baking.
