An upright, bushy, pine scented herb with dark green needle-like foliage. The long straight branches produce clusters of pale blue flowers.

Cultivation

Plant in well drained soil in full sun to part shade. Grows 1″-4″ in height and blooms early to mid summer.

How to Harvest

Pinch off leaves or branches as needed. Pinching tips of branches will promote a bushier plant

Uses

Very popular with chicken, fish, pork, roasted potatoes, stews, butters, cheeses, oils, and vinegars. Can be added to breads and muffins as well.
